Terms of Service

The short version

InBuilt Flow is a month-to-month managed service. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. We build and run the system — you own your data. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun. We send automated SMS and email messages on behalf of your business, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of those messages complies with applicable law.

Program description

InBuilt Flow sends automated text messages (SMS/MMS) and email notifications on behalf of our clients to their customers. Message types include appointment reminders, lead follow-up messages, late-arrival notifications, and general business update notifications. InBuilt Flow — Flow & Edge Capital LLC is the responsible sender for all messages delivered through our platform.

Consent to receive these messages is obtained through the client’s intake form or onboarding flow. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the service tier and the nature of the business relationship. You may receive messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, or business updates. Reply HELP at any time for support information.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. InBuilt Flow does not charge recipients for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received messages from. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number.

Opt-out requests are honored within one business day, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) as updated April 11, 2025.

What we provide

InBuilt Flow is a productized AI service — not a software license. We build, host, and operate the system on your behalf.

AI Receptionist

Payment and billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance following the free trial period. The free trial begins on the date of onboarding and lasts 14 days. If not canceled before the trial ends, billing begins automatically at the standard monthly rate. Pricing for new clients follows the rate schedule in effect at the time of signup.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice to privacy@inbuiltflow.com. No further charges will be made after the final billing period. Your data will be exported or deleted within 90 days of the end of your retainer, per our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information and to use leads and contact data collected through our platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for your own compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any applicable state laws when reaching out to leads captured through your InBuilt Flow system. We provide the infrastructure — you are responsible for how you use it.

You agree not to use our platform to send prohibited content, including but not limited to: unsolicited marketing, content related to cannabis, firearms, alcohol, adult content, hate speech, or any content that violates carrier guidelines or applicable law.

Our responsibilities

We will build, host, and maintain your system as described in your service agreement. We will notify you of any significant changes to your setup. Uptime is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure (Supabase, Twilio, Retell AI, n8n, or others).

Intellectual property

InBuilt Flow retains all rights to the platform, tooling, and underlying systems we use to deliver services. You own your data — all leads, contact records, and business information submitted through your pages belong to you and will be returned or deleted upon request.

For Tier 03 bespoke builds, the custom code and documented workflows are transferred to you upon final payment. We retain the right to use general techniques and approaches in future work.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you for any claim arising from use of InBuilt Flow services is capped at the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for missed leads, lost revenue, business interruption, or changes to third-party platforms (including Instagram, Google, or carrier networks) that affect your results.

InBuilt Flow services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify active clients directly. Continued use of our service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
